We have founded the Perro de Agua Español Club Deutschland to organize a possibility for friends, owners and breeders of the Spanish Waterdog to meet and communicate. We organize activities for these groups and want to inform about the special character of this old and fascinating working dog breed. Our main interest is to protect this breed from mass production and to work for the wonderful character and health of this special breed. We want to inform people who are interested and offer posssibilities to learn for owners and breeders. Our aim is to become a member of the German kennel club "Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH)", but this will take more time as we need more members and breeding dogs to fulfill the high demands that VDH asks from his members. Our breeders are under direct control of VDH.
